Add SquadArt damage type for Squad Artillery.

Sgt.Security requested to merge feature/squad_arty_damage into develop

Along with the addition of damage type, there's following gameplay changes:

Damage per shell 100->150

However, only walls and non-CV vehicles will actually take 50% more damage.

All other entities will still take the same damage as current patch due to their resist being buffed to compensate.
