Sgt.Security requested to merge feature/Reznov_turbo_Jeep into develop

Jeep turbo was previously removed due to enormous exploit possibilities.

The idea of an emergency booster fits our jeeps nicely, however.

Reworked by Reznov to eliminate exploit possibilities.
