lepredict command returns "% - %"
I'm just putting this up as a reminder to myself to fix this with some error handling. Currently sm_lepredict scrapes values from a website that runs the model, so it relies on the game where the last ticket was used. Values should be preset to 50-50 upon being unable to fetch predictions from the webpage (which rests after ~20 minutes).
Predictions are not accurate before the first ticket is used, else the previous game is shown. This could be a feature or a bug depending on how I look at it.
